with Swami Mukti | 5 – 9 September 2018

Enjoy time out from busy life and feed your soul in this buffet of yoga.

A positive mind is the source of health, abundance and peace. This retreat is a wonderful opportunity for us to create an uplifting atmosphere, showing our gratitude for all that we have and celebrating positivity together.

  • Begin the day with simple morning Asana and Pranayama.

  • Deeply relax with Yoga Nidra, the sleep of the Yogis — with changing focus every day.

  • Experience the uplifting effects of sound vibration through Mantra Meditations and Kirtan.

  • Explore powerful yoga tools to gradually bring the Self into Stillness.

  • Gradually become an observer of the mind and it’s “antics” with Internal Silence Meditation.

  • Explore The Art of Living and Departing from a yogic perspective.

  • Be inspired by the teachings of Swami Sivananda and benefit from the harmonizing power of Havan, an ancient fire ceremony that is performed to transform the environment and the people who take part in it.
